Staff Accountant

A 75+ year old service company is looking for a new Staff Accountant to join their tight-knit team. This would be an on-site position, but would have a lot of flexibility. They really push 40 hour work weeks! Job Duties: Partner with President and Owner on month/year end close procedures Review requests for prepaid debit cards Bank recons Prepare cash balance sheet Prepare monthly journal entries Job Qualifications: 1+ years of accounting experience Communication skills, both verbal and written Problem solving and process improvement mindset Desire to learn and take on new responsibilities If this particular role is not of interest, our team is engaged in over 35 separate searches in the area.
