Job Responsibilities:

·        Oversee daily accounts payable activities, including invoice review, coding, processing, approvals, and electronic filing

·        Manage corporate purchasing and vendor records, including account maintenance, setup, updates, and reconciliations

·        Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, exceptions, and other accounting-related issues to ensure timely resolution

·        Maintain accurate financial documentation and support internal controls, month-end close, audit, and tax preparation

·        Collaborate with internal departments and external accounting partners while assisting with special projects and other accounting initiatives as needed

Requirements:

·        Experience working in a high-volume, multi-location environment with automation tools

·        Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
