About the role

As a  Talent Operations Coordinator , you will support activity across the Talent function, ensuring smooth operation of processes through timely and accurate administrative coordination. We will count on you to provide learning and development administration and coordination support across EMEA. Along the way, you will get to:

• Support coordination of training activities including scheduling, communication, registrations, materials, and room setup.
• Manage and audit training materials ensuring they are accurate, aligned to methodologies, and accessible to stakeholders.
• Maintain and publish training schedules across EMEA and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships across HR, Talent, and business teams and act as a central point of contact for training queries

What we’re looking for

• Administrative experience in HR, recruitment, or training environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
