Manufacturing Manager

Job TitleProduction ManagerJob DescriptionLead, coach, and develop production teams across converting operations. Manage scheduling, staffing, and daily workflow to meet production targets. Ability to work shift hours: 10:00AM - 6:00PM. Ensure all products meet customer specifications and quality standards. Optimize machine performance, reduce waste, and improve efficiency. Troubleshoot equipment, material, and production issues. Coordinate with printing, shipping, and planning teams to ensure on-time delivery. Maintain a safe, organized workplace and reinforce safety best practices. Strong knowledge of die-cutting, folder-gluing, windowing, and finishing operations. Experience with equipment such as Bobst die cutters, folder-gluers, or similar converting machinery. Proven ability to lead teams, improve performance, and build a positive culture. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
