Job Description
Join a pallet manufacturing company as a Saw Operator and play a hands-on role in the production of precision metal parts. You’ll operate a range of saws, read layout drawings, and work in a safety-first environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential. If you’re mechanically inclined and ready to work in a fast-paced shop, this is your opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Manual band saws, cold cut, and circular saws
• Read and interpret job specs, blueprints, and work orders
• Measure and mark materials to ensure accurate cuts
• Use overhead cranes to move and position metal stock
• Remove burrs and sharp edges from finished parts
• Communicate quality issues or discrepancies with supervisors

Qualifications and Requirements:

• One-year certificate from technical school or equivalent experience
• 3–6 months’ experience in saw operation or construction preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and operate measuring tools
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to lift and move heavy items and work in a physical environment
