Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Provide therapy sessions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, implementing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Document clinical sessions and update client records accurately using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to effectively coordinate comprehensive client care and address complex cases.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay informed of the latest research and best practices in mental health counseling.

The typical client population at Better Life Counseling includes individuals experiencing a variety of mental health issues, ranging from stress management and interpersonal conflicts to more severe mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 60,000 and 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance; malpractice insurance coverage; and unlimited client referrals. Our administrative team also takes care of billing and paperwork, allowing you to focus solely on your clinical work and client interactions.
