Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, developing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries in all interactions.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, provide therapeutic support, schedule upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharge when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and consistently review individualized treatment plans that align with the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Document client progress meticulously, maintaining up-to-date records and comprehensive notes as required for each session.

• Complete intake assessments to gather pertinent information regarding client histories and current mental health statuses.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure, in good standing.

• Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software systems, including Excel, RMS, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Proven experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to diverse populations, including individuals and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging between USD 75,000 and USD 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
