Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and strong therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to review client progress, stability, and upcoming appointments, and initiate discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Create and maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in our practice management system for each client, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate client needs and establish a foundation for effective treatment.
\n
• Participate in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback on patient care.
\n
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers and involved professionals to ensure holistic treatment for clients.

• Maintain a growth mindset, engaging in self-reflection and continued professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice services a diverse outpatient population that includes adults, adolescents, and families navigating various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging between USD 75,000 and 90,000, reflecting experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service payment model assures clinicians receive guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, eliminating long waits for reimbursement.
