Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients during initial consultations to identify their specific mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to the client’s needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, making adjustments based on ongoing assessments and client feedback to ensure optimal therapeutic progress.

• Offer considerable emotional support and guidance to clients grappling with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, which reflects the experience and expertise you bring to our counseling team.
