BMW of North Haven is seeking a high-performing Automotive Sales Executive to join our award-winning team. As Connecticuts only BMW Center of Excellence recipient, we operate at a higher standard in performance, professionalism, and client experience.

This role is designed for a driven sales professional who understands that selling luxury is about more than transactions its about relationships, product mastery, and delivering an exceptional ownership journey from first introduction to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop expert-level product knowledge across new and pre-owned BMW inventory
• Conduct professional needs assessments to match clients with the right vehicle and ownership structure
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and digital lead management
• Demonstrate strong closing skills while maintaining integrity and client trust
• Maintain consistent follow-up and CRM activity
• Achieve and exceed monthly performance goals
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented sales culture

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• High-level customer service and relationship-building ability
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
