About the Role
The Company is seeking a part-time Vice President of Early Learning to lead and elevate its early learning programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality educational outcomes for children, strengthening operational effectiveness, and advancing policy and advocacy efforts to support a more robust and equitable early childhood system. This executive leader will establish and lead an organization-wide instructional vision, design and implement a comprehensive instructional framework, and drive continuous quality improvement. The role also involves leading workforce development strategies, building strategic partnerships, and representing the organization in early childhood policy conversations. Applicants for the Vice President of Early Learning position at the company should have an advanced degree in early childhood education, educational leadership, or a related field, with a preference for a Ph.D. or Ed.D. A minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in early childhood systems, including multi-site or program oversight, is required. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of early childhood systems, strong instructional leadership skills, and a proven ability to align systems and operations to achieve program outcomes. Experience in workforce development, talent strategy, and a commitment to equity and culturally responsive practices are essential. The role demands a leader with strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, who can also demonstrate a track record of developing leaders and building high-performing teams.
