About the Role Partner with Coldwell Banker franchise owners and leadership teams across an assigned territory to drive retention, growth, and optimization. Through a consultative approach, you will turn business goals into actionable strategies, improve performance, strengthen brand engagement, and independently manage assigned processes and projects. Responsibilities Advise franchise owners on growth, retention, profitability, and adoption of strategic initiatives. Partner with Franchise Sales to prioritize markets, develop growth strategies, and deliver prospect-facing presentations and events. Identify organic growth, consolidation, transfer, M&A, and roll-in opportunities to expand franchise footprints and market share. Improve agent recruiting, retention, per-agent production, adjusted gross commissions, transaction sides, franchise sales growth, and brand engagement. Lead financial analysis, P&L reviews, expense management, and business planning; benchmark performance and set strategic goals. Partner with brand leadership on engagement and critical franchise matters, and deliver virtual and in-person sessions on industry trends and business performance. Manage contractual changes, deal-team coordination, approvals, and compliance matters within the assigned book of business. Qualifications 5+ years of business consulting or coaching experience, ideally supporting large, complex brokerages or organizations. Required real estate experience in brokerage, franchising, or a related field, with knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and business practices. Proven ability to drive growth, retention, and profitability and translate business goals into measurable strategies. Strong influencing, relationship management, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills with franchise owners and senior leadership. Strategic problem-solving, organizational, and change-management skills, with accountability for results. Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive presentation skills.
