AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our growing anesthesia team at AdventHealth Daytona Beach.

We are hiring for:

  • Full-Time
  • Part-Time
  • 24-Hour Shifts
  • PRN
  • CRNA Leadership Roles

Whether you are a new graduate or experienced CRNA, we offer flexible options designed to support your career and lifestyle.

Compensation & Incentives:

  • $100,000 Sign-On / Retention Bonus
  • New Graduate Starting Salary: $210,000
  • Experienced CRNAs: Tiered increases based on years of experience
  • PRN Rate: $175/hour
  • Competitive base salary guarantee
