Responsibilities Identify and contact potential business clients in need of staffing services. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR professionals. Present STSS Inc’s staffing solutions and negotiate service agreements. Collaborate with recruiters to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction. Track leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM tools. Qualifications 1–2 years of B2B sales experience , ideally in staffing, recruiting, or business services . Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills. Self‑motivated and able to manage time independently. Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (in‑office and remote). Basic computer and CRM knowledge (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar preferred). Schedule & Compensation Part‑time: Approximately 15–25 hours per week. Location: Cary, NC (Hybrid — a mix of remote and in‑person meetings). Compensation: Competitive hourly pay plus commission.
