Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings of new clients addressing their mental health issues and social circumstances, establishing a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that encompass both mental health disorders and, where applicable, co-occurring substance use issues.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities, adapting techniques as necessary to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Lead group therapy sessions focused on various mental health topics, encouraging peer support and sharing of experiences among participants.

• Maintain clear and accurate client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

• Work collaboratively with healthcare providers, including doctors, psychiatrists, and additional mental health professionals, to offer a holistic approach to client care.

Your primary focus will be providing therapeutic support to a diverse population of adults and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or similar credential.
