About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: MS/Tele Duration: 20 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years required; first-time travelers accepted. License: Active state RN license required. Certifications: BLS, NIH, CPI; ACLS preferred. Must-Have: Experience with patient ratios of 1:5, charting system experience required, Epic preferred. Description: We are seeking a qualified MS/Tele Registered Nurse for our observation unit. The role requires managing a patient ratio of 1:5 during the shift. Experience with the Epic charting system is essential. The ideal candidate will have skills in managing respiratory care, including BiPAP and CPAP. Responsibilities include administering blood products, central line care, and chest tube management. Interpretation of dysrhythmias and isolation precautions are key components of the role. Comfortable floating within specialty and lower acuity settings as needed. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend, along with holiday work as scheduled.
