Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your role will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and formulate treatment plans tailored to individuals and families.

• Facilitating both individual and couples therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for open communication.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address various issues such as alcohol and substance abuse, trauma, grief, and family conflicts.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals coping with adjustment issues post-divorce, to couples experiencing communication difficulties, and families navigating complex dynamics such as blended family challenges and grief. Your expertise will help our clients understand and address:

• Alcohol and substance abuse issues

• Physical and psychological trauma

• Grief and loss experiences
\n
• Family conflicts, including sibling rivalry and intergenerational communication

• Stress related to jobs and medical issues
\n
• Transitions related to separation and divorce

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are required for this position:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant setting.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
