Business Development Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, and develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers in target industries. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Conducting market and account research. Prospecting and outreach. Leading discovery calls and presentations. Crafting proposals that align Colony Display's capabilities with client needs. Collaborating with internal design, engineering, and operations teams to shape solutions. Negotiating contracts and ensuring a smooth handoff from sales to project execution. Tracking performance against sales targets, maintaining accurate CRM records, and providing regular reporting and forecasts. Qualifications Proven skills in business development, B2B sales, and account management, with the ability to build long-term client relationships. Experience in prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting using CRM tools. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including the ability to tailor messages to executive and stakeholder audiences. Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic sales plans. Comfort working cross-functionally with design, engineering, operations, and finance teams to shape and price client solutions. Self-directed and organized, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines in a remote environment. Experience in retail, home improvement, hospitality, fixtures, or store environment solutions is strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace) and virtual collaboration platforms. #J-18808-Ljbffr
