What You'll Do Make 30–40 outbound prospecting calls per day Spend approximately50% of your time generating new leads Research target industries and identify high-potential companies Find and connect with key decision makers using ZoomInfo, AI, LinkedIn, and other research tools Build and manage opportunities in our CRM Work directly with ownership to develop new markets and grow the business What We're Looking For Driven and competitive mindset Strong work ethic and self-discipline Comfortable with outbound prospecting every day Resourceful in finding new opportunities Excellent communication and relationship-building skills B2B sales or business development experience is preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Uncapped commission plan with significant earning potential Opportunity to build your own book of business Healthcare and retirement benefits Paid time off Why Stutz Company?
