Administrative Coordinator

Position Administrative Coordinator (Regular) About the Role Provides comprehensive administrative, financial, and operational support for the Center for Student Engagement, Office of Community Standards and Care, and the Norse Center for Belonging through coordinating communications, meetings, events, and office functions. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support for Center for Student Engagement, Office of Community Standards and Care, and Norse Center for Belonging, including answering phones, responding to emails, ordering catering, and coordinating meetings. Manage and reconcile departmental purchases, purchase requisitions, contracts, expense reimbursements, and credit card transactions for CSE, CSC, and NCB. Monitor, track, and adjust budgets as needed. Assist with creation of marketing materials in line with NKU brand standards and update CSE, CSC, and NCB websites as necessary. Manage human resource administration duties including approving time sheets for student workers and onboarding new professional staff members. Place orders for equipment, furniture, supplies, materials, and other items. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
