Territory Manager-Bronx

Location: Bronx, NY | Schedule: Full-time, field-based/on-site Overview An established, family-owned industrial supply business brings a fully stocked mobile store directly to customers across a wide range of sectors, including transportation, aviation, facilities maintenance, aerospace, medical, military, marine, power generation, manufacturing, government, and heavy equipment. The company is seeking a Territory Manager to grow sales within a defined geographic territory by operating a mobile store and building relationships with businesses on the road. What you'll do Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calls on businesses near existing customers Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and the mobile store Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of the mobile store Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls Maintain customer contact information, including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses, using company software Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Must reside within the assigned territory; relocation is not available Must be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle Must maintain a clean driving history Physical ability to kneel and bend to the floor on a regular basis Strong tenured work background with no job hopping; ideally a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications Demonstrated ability to work independently with a proven history of goal attainment Preferred qualifications Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales Why this role This role offers the opportunity to run an independent mobile sales operation, serving a diverse mix of industrial customers while working within a defined territory. #J-18808-Ljbffr Software Placement Group
