Position Summary Sperry Rail Service is seeking candidates to join our team as Joint Bar Analysts at our Olathe, KS office. This is an entry-level opportunity that offers hands-on experience in rail safety and data analysis in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Review and analyze digital images of railroad joint bars using company software Identify visible defects, including cracks and missing components (nuts, bolts, etc.) Produce accurate and detailed reports for customers Communicate and coordinate with field operators to ensure quality and consistency Complete and distribute daily operational reports to customers and internal teams Maintain accuracy and efficiency in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Basic Qualifications Ability to work at a computer for extended periods (8-hour shifts) Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy Effective communication skills and professional phone etiquette Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Basic computer proficiency What We Offer Paid training on proprietary software and processes Entry-level opportunity with potential for growth Exposure to rail safety and inspection technology Team-oriented and collaborative work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Sperry Rail
