Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage collaboratively with both internal team members and external stakeholders, including schools and community organizations, to enhance the services provided to clients.

• Maintain accurate billing practices as per agency requirements while ensuring that the services delivered align with program guidelines.

• Be available for after-hours on-call duties as needed, and acquire LPS designation to respond effectively to client needs.

• Participate actively in team meetings to contribute ideas for staff development and program enhancement.

• Deliver comprehensive case management, which entails gathering client information, assessing needs, and connecting clients with relevant resources.

• Work in coordination with treatment teams to develop individualized care plans that support the therapeutic process.

• Prioritize punctuality and regular attendance, ensuring reliability in service delivery.

• Demonstrate commitment to cultural competency by adapting communication strategies to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
