Coordinator (Redmond)

What will you be doing?

• End to end management of business guest credential
• Taking care of the inquiries and email correspondence
• Point of contact for all business guest questions
• Main contact and provide support for the relationship Manager, Stakeholders, and Admins
• Managing the requests and responding to emails
• Tracking the list of business guests
• Onboarding / Offboarding support
• During onboarding assisting business guest with any access or IT issues
• Additional basic business guest management needs that come over time

What you should bring to the table:

• Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate cross-functional communication, coordinate with stakeholders, document and share information effectively, and support team alignment across organizations
• Project & Task Coordination: Managing timelines, tracking deliverables, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring staying on schedule
• Microsoft 365 & Data Management: Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint, including reporting, data tracking, and document management
• 2+ years of administrative or business support experience
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High level of discretion, strong organizational skills, and consistent follow-through
• Proactively triage inbox and communications to maintain responsiveness and efficiency
• Prior administrative or business support experience, particularly supporting structured, process-driven work
• Experience working in a large corporate or technology environment is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills, discretion, and consistent follow-through when managing requests and confidential information
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to serve as a point of contact for multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, task-oriented environment and maintain a consistent working schedule
• Experience with onboarding/offboarding, credential or access management, request tracking, and stakeholder coordination would be beneficial
• Coordinate device requests and returns as needed and maintain appropriate tracking of related requests
• Relevant experience would be more valuable for this role rather than a degree

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $17.00-$20.00/hour
