The Office of Juvenile Justice is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator 3 to support daily operations and the treatment team through high-quality clerical, communication, and documentation work. Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
- Provides clerical support to treatment team - types reclassifications, due process documents, progress reports, release certificates, notifications, and other correspondence; maintains youth case files.
- Manages communication flow - answers and routes calls, sorts daily correspondence, distributes memos, calendars, notices, and training information to staff.
- Maintains data in JETTS - enters initial custody information, reclassifications, and modifications; keeps accurate daily logs.
- Supports office operations - makes photocopies, compiles reports (medical, educational, recreational, PZT), orders supplies, and ensures office equipment functions properly.
- Maintains policy and regulation materials - updates institutional policies and departmental regulation books.
- Proofreads and reviews documents - checks outgoing letters and memos for accuracy and completeness.
- Performs additional administrative duties - assists with general clerical tasks as needed to support unit operations.
