We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our North American team and play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth. Location: City of Industry, CA 91789 What You’ll Do Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of B2B eCommerce clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted logistics partner. Lead client onboarding, service adoption, and ongoing account support to ensure long-term success. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, Sales, and internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences. Monitor fulfillment performance, analyze operational data, identify potential issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct regular client business reviews, provide performance insights, and maintain proactive communication with key stakeholders. Identify opportunities for service expansion and support client growth through value-added solutions. What You’ll Need Experience in customer success, account management, warehouse operations or logistics operations (3PL/eCommerce preferred). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex logistics topics for clients. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Experience with logistics platforms, WMS, or order management systems is a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or business. Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
