Products from our catalog line include, but are not limited to, custom logo shirts and pants, work boots, outerwear, hatsand gloves. Responsibilities include exceeding catalog salesand projections;improving the way catalog sales are promoted, ordered, billedand delivered;promoting a positive and energetic attitude in the operation of catalog by sales by working with the service department on marketing the Cintas catalog and its products. The bonus earned is based on the performance of the individual, location, division, and/or company. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
