Compliance Specialist

The Compliance Specialist supports the Bank’s Compliance Management Program through compliance monitoring, data analysis, policy and procedure review, training support, regulatory change management, risk assessment activities, reporting, and special projects. The role supports consumer, deposit, lending, privacy, marketing, electronic banking, fair lending, CRA, HMDA, and other applicable regulatory areas. This position helps research, analyze, document, and communicate compliance requirements; supports compliance reviews and corrective action follow-up; and works with Compliance Management and business units to promote effective compliance controls. This position requires working with Bank and customer confidential information on a daily basis. A stable work history establishing experience with understanding federal and state compliance regulations, understanding risk assessments, data analysis, and working with confidential information is required.
