Staff Accountant

Overview

We're looking for an energetic and skilled Accountant to join our Finance team!

As an Accountant for Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen you will be responsible for Accounts Payable, and General Accounting functions in the Finance/Accounting department.


Responsibilities

• Sales rep commission calculations and weekly payment processing.
• General accounting functions.
• Journal entries.
• Intercompany with other locations.
• Process contract adjustments and follow company processes.
• Pay and reconcile monthly benefits.
• Marketing AP and reconciling actuals with our marketing team.
• Accrual and prepaid schedule recons required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• 2+ years in similar function, high-volume accounting department.
• 2+ Quickbooks experience in accounts payable.
• Must be proficient in Excel.
• Experience month end close required.
• Strong sense of teamwork required.
