Billing Specialist

CB Partners has partnered with a global company seeking a detail-driven Billing Specialist to support client billing, invoice processing, and billing compliance. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant billing while partnering closely with internal teams and external clients.

What You'll Do

• Manage pre-bill distribution, invoice processing, and billing distribution (paper and electronic)
• Monitor and manage Work-in-Process (WIP) and inventory
• Handle electronic submissions, revisions, and dispute resolution
• Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and firm policies
• Complete transactional and ad-hoc accounting activities in Elite, ARCS, and related systems
• Respond to internal and external client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
• Collaborate effectively with accounting, finance, and other firm departments
• Consistently meet or exceed production, quality, and accuracy standards
• Support evolving business needs through additional billing and accounting tasks

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of revenue accounting and client billing practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of work accurately
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Clear, professional communication skills-written and verbal
• Ability to learn new processes quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment

Experience & Education

• Required: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in client accounting, billing, or revenue accounting
• Required: Associate's degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
