Marketing Assistant
Large automotive group in Paramus, NJ, family owned and operated for 30+ years is looking to hire a professional/highly motivated marketing assistant to help coordinate marketing efforts. Candidate must have exceptional communication skills, be very organized, and have proficient use of Microsoft Office.
This is a full time position. 40+ hours a week. Looking to hire immediately. We are willing to train! Great opportunity for recent college graduates looking for work! Rated best place to work!

Daily responsibilities:
- Handle high call volume
- Schedule inbound & outbound service appointments
- Organize service appointments
- Properly direct calls to appropriate staff
- Take down detailed messages
- Follow-up with service customers
- Provide extensive customer feedback
- Answering service related questions
- Update customer contact information
- Light cashiering
Requirements:
- Upbeat personality
- Exceptional phone/communication skills
- Organized
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Outstanding customer service skills
