Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health needs of clients, develop accurate clinical diagnoses, and craft personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals and challenges.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing diverse treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, and person-centered therapy to effectively address a range of mental health issues.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring immediate support and stability during critical moments.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records, encompassing treatment plans, progress updates, and assessment results, in adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in collaborative care by partnering with psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to deliver holistic treatment that addresses all dimensions of a client's well-being.

• Inform and empower clients and their families by providing education about mental health issues and treatment options, while advocating for their rights and needs within the community.

• Commit to continuous professional development by engaging in ongoing training and staying abreast of best practices in mental health therapy, ensuring our services remain current and effective.

Qualifications\n

• Active license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) in California.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Proficient clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with a clear understanding of DSM-5 criteria.

• At least two years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
