Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients.

• Collaborating with clients to form personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual requirements, goals, and preferences, ensuring holistic care.

• Implementing evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective intervention strategies.

• Educating clients and their families on mood disorders, potential treatment options, and self-care methods to support recovery and resilience.

• Continuously monitoring client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the highest quality of care and effective outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
