Hospice Admissions Nurse - Start of Care Specialist

Goodwin Living in Alexandria, Virginia, is seeking an Admission Nurse to manage patient admissions for hospice services. The RN will perform admission assessments, identify needs, and devise a plan of care in collaboration with the physician and the interdisciplinary team. The candidate must graduate from an accredited nursing program, hold Virginia RN licensure, have at least one year of acute care experience (hospice preferred), CPR, and solid English communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hirebridge LLC
