Automotive Administrative Staff

We are looking for an Administrative Staff member to join our Service Department! This individual will play a key role in the daily operations of the service department by supporting both customers and service personnel in a variety of administrative and customer service tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced setting and capable of managing multiple responsibilities at once. • Hours: Monday through Friday 9am-6pm

Answering phones and emails

• Cashiering

Understanding and accommodation of customer needs * Scheduling of appointments * Various office tasks as needed Automotive Administrative Staff Requirements: * Ability to speak Spanish * Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment * Strong written and communication skills * Valid driver's license required and clean driving record Employment is contingent upon compliance with applicable laws and regulations, which may include a review of job-related qualifications.
