Position Description: Greater State Bank is looking for Business Development/Treasury Management. To join our growing team, please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.
Business Development/Treasury Management is responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, developing, and expanding client relationships, with a strong focus on treasury management solutions. This role partners with internal teams to deliver comprehensive banking services cash flow, improve operational efficiency, and support overall financial goals.
Responsibilities
·\tProactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase deposits, treasury revenue, and overall market share.
·\tDevelop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
·\tPromote and sell treasury management services, ACH origination, wire services, and remote deposit capture.
·\tConduct in-depth client needs assessments and recommend tailored treasury and banking solutions.
·\tCollaborate with relationship managers and branch teams to deliver integrated financial solutions.
·\tLead client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase treasury management capabilities.
·\tManage the full sales cycle from initial contact through onboarding and implementation.
·\tEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
·\tProvide ongoing relationship management to deepen client engagement and identify cross-sell opportunities.
·\tOther duties as assigned.

·\tKnowledge of appropriate banking laws and regulations.
·\tProven track record of meeting or exceeding sale goals.
·\tStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
·\tTime management skills & ability to meet deadlines.
·\tSome travel will be required.
·\tAnticipated work schedule is Monday - Friday 8am – 6pm (varies) and participation in Saturday rotation of 9:00am - 1:00pm.
·\tBilingual preferred.
Physical Requirements
·\tSome lifting and moving may be required.
·\tProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
·\tStanding for a long period of time.
Education:
·\tBachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field OR 3+ years prior experience in an equivalent field OR experience sufficient to perform the responsibilities as outlined above.
·\t3+ years of experience in business development, banking, or treasury management sales.
