This position will be primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or another suitable environment. While the work is done virtually, you will have access to our outpatient office in Austin for necessary in-person engagements. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms on their daily lives.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive behavioral changes.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment options, and strategies for self-care and resilience building.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to address their evolving needs.

• Coordinate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care that addresses both medical and mental health needs.
