Ascentium Direct Sales Account Manager

Ascentium Direct Sales Account Manager Ascentium Capital, a division of Regions Bank, seeks an experienced inside sales professional to develop and service business financing relationships for small organizations to Fortune 500 companies. The role focuses on procuring new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and driving sales of equipment and technology financing solutions across multiple industry segments. Primary Responsibilities Identify and pursue new leads, prospects, or clients through cold calling, referrals, and other outreach methods to meet specified production goals. Conduct phone meetings with potential clients to discuss products or services, deliver proposal presentations, and demonstrate how offerings meet their needs. Communicate company products, services, and policies to current and prospective clients. Negotiate terms and agreements to finalize sales and secure agreements. Maintain thorough knowledge of product information and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Ensure all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time. Provide exceptional customer experience and seek to stay current on best practices. Meet monthly quota goals consistently and achieve target production levels. Develop new business and maintain existing relationships, preparing customized client solutions and presentations where needed. Prepare quotes and negotiate terms when appropriate. Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production. Preferences Bachelor’s degree in a related field. One (1) year of commercial, small‑business, equipment financing or related inside sales experience. Demonstrated results meeting production sales goals. Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and other applicable sales tools. Skills and Competencies Ability to manage multiple and evolving priorities. Ability to learn additional systems as needed. Research, analyze data, and derive facts. Develop negotiation and consultative sales skills. Develop relationship‑building skills. Present information effectively to diverse audiences. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills. Strong work ethic and self‑motivation. Compensation Base compensation plus variable compensation, with total earnings ranging from $40,000 to $150,000+ including incentive eligibility. The role is eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Location Ascentium Dover, Dover, New Hampshire. Candidates requiring a remote opportunity must have 3‑4 years of specific experience in equipment financing/leasing.
