About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Real Estate to spearhead its ambitious growth and expansion plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the real estate strategy across North America, with a focus on identifying new market opportunities, securing prime locations, and optimizing the existing portfolio. This role is pivotal in building the development pipeline to support the company's next phase of expansion, and the VP will work closely with the executive leadership team, as well as the design, construction, and operations teams, to ensure that all real estate decisions align with the company's financial objectives, operational standards, and brand positioning. Applicants for the Vice President, Real Estate position at the company should be accomplished real estate executives with a proven track record in leasing and portfolio growth, particularly within the high-growth hospitality or retail sector. Experience in the U.S. market is essential, and a background in real estate investment, ownership, or brokerage will also be considered. The ideal candidate will be adept at negotiating with institutional landlords, presenting growth strategies to executive leadership, and fostering strategic relationships. Most importantly, the VP must embody the company's culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and be prepared for significant travel to engage with key stakeholders across various markets.
