College Bound Coordinator

You know what it takes to keep going when the path isn’t clear. Education is a long road, and our young adults need someone in their corner the whole way. As College Bound Coordinator, you’ll provide 1:1 support to students navigating community college, four-year programs, and graduate school — helping them set goals, navigate barriers, and access the resources and relationships they need to finish what they started. What you’ll do Provide 1:1 support to students at every stage of their education Help participants set goals and overcome academic and life barriers Build trust-based relationships through consistent communication Plan and facilitate workshops, events, and engagement opportunities Build relationships with colleges, universities, and community partners Who we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree required 2+ years experience supporting underserved students Strong communicator, relationship-builder, and organized planner Preferred Lived foster care experience First-generation college graduate Bilingual Spanish a plus but not required Full-time, hourly/non-exempt. Pay range: $23–$28/hour. San Diego, CA.
