Service Dispatcher$22-$26 hourly + incentives | Camp Hill, PAAre you organized, quick-thinking, and good at keeping people and schedules moving? Pronto Plumbing, Heating, Air & Drain is looking for a Service Dispatcher to coordinate daily service activity, support field technicians, and help deliver a smooth and reliable customer experience.This is a great fit for someone who enjoys being at the center of the action. You'll balance technician availability, customer needs, changing priorities, and the unexpected challenges that come with a busy residential service operation. We're looking for someone who can stay composed, communicate clearly and often with our customers, and keep the day moving when things don't go exactly as planned.What You'll DoSchedule and dispatch service technicians based on skill set, location, availability, skill set, and customer needsAdjust quickly for delays, cancellations, emergencies, and changing prioritiesProactively keep customers informed of upcoming appointments, technician arrival times, and schedule updatesAnswer and document inbound customer calls and service requests with professionalism and urgencyMonitor the schedule throughout the day and respond quickly to delays, cancellations, and emergency service needs, coordinating closely with techniciansKeep managers informed and volunteer suggestions to improve scheduling efficiency, workflow, and the overall customer experienceWhat We're Looking For1+ year of dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience within HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another residential home services environment is requiredServiceTitan software experience is a plusProficiency with Microsoft SuiteStrong organizational skills and excellent attention to detailAbility to manage multiple schedules and priorities without losing track of the detailsA confident, clear presence and voice on the phone with customers and techniciansAbility to manage multiple priorities and adjust schedules quickly as the day changesA self-driven, reliable team member who takes ownership, follows through, and helps keep the team accountableSchedule: Monday-Friday, with either a 7:00 or 8:00 AM start time. 4 Day Workweek arrangements possible. Some overtime may be needed to support after-hours service needs and will be paid accordingly.Additional bonus opportunities of approximately $700-$1,500 per week are available for employees who participate in after-hours and weekend service coverage.
