Chesterton Manor is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to join our team in Chesterton, IN.
The Receptionist is responsible for answering phones, greeting residents, patients, visitors, and guests, and scheduling appointments in a professional and timely manner.
ResponsibilitiesAnswer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
Greet residents, patients, visitors, and guests
Schedule appointments as needed
Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and staff
Assist with general clerical and administrative duties as assigned
Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and customer service skills required
Professional, friendly, and dependable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
