RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive new business by proactively reaching out to prospects and converting leads into loyal customers
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets for auto, home, life, and health products
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships that generate referrals and long-term retention
• Guide customers through policy selection and updates, ensuring the right coverage for their needs
• Cross-sell and round out accounts to maximize value for every customer
• Partner with the team to share strategies that grow the agency and improve customer retention

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1 year of licensed insurance sales experience required
• Active Property & Casualty license required
• Active Life & Health license required
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and closing skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a positive, growth-minded attitude
