The Talent Acquisition Specialist leads full-cycle recruiting efforts across the country for a variety of skill sets, partnering closely with hiring teams to identify, attract, and hire top talent. This role manages the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing, reference checking, and supporting onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and adherence to internal processes and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across the country for multiple roles and skill sets, from initial requisition to offer acceptance.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and align on selection criteria.

• Review and screen resumes using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to identify qualified candidates efficiently.

• Conduct resume screens, phone screens, and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring timely communication and a professional candidate experience.

• Perform reference checks to validate candidate credentials, work history, and performance.

• Support candidates through the onboarding stage by coordinating documentation, communicating next steps, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition data within the ATS and other HR systems.

• Ensure recruitment activities follow internal policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

• Collaborate with human resources and other stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with broader workforce and talent strategies.

• Provide administrative support related to recruitment, including scheduling, correspondence, and record keeping.

• Leverage customer service skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a responsive and supportive recruitment experience.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting or human resources.

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes from sourcing to onboarding.

• Strong background in talent acquisition, including screening, interviewing, and selection.

• Hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) for resume screening and candidate management.

• Experience conducting phone screens and virtual interviews.

• Ability to perform thorough reference checks and document findings accurately.

• Knowledge of onboarding processes and ability to support candidates through the onboarding stage.

• Experience in technical recruiting or recruiting for specialized skill sets.

• Understanding of compliance monitoring and adherence to recruitment policies and procedures.

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate professionally with candidates and hiring managers.

• Solid administrative support skills, including organization, documentation, and scheduling.

• Bachelor's degree.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
