Requirements:

• Current nursing license
• Relevant certifications as required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards.
• Supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff at various levels.
• Collaborate and coordinate care with other healthcare disciplines.
• Utilize critical thinking and professional discretion in decision-making.
• Independently assess patient needs and adjust care accordingly.
