Business Analyst

This is a full-time position based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analysing our business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and support our company's growth. We are offering a competitive hourly rate of $35.00 - $55.00 USD. Responsibilities

• Analyse and document current business processes across various departments, including sales, project management, and customer service.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and formalise business requirements for new projects and system enhancements.
• Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and operational improvements within the construction and roofing workflow.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Support the implementation of new business systems and processes, including user acceptance testing and training.
• Conduct data analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in business process modelling and requirements gathering techniques.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• A solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Experience in the construction, roofing, or a related service industry would be highly advantageous but is not essential.
• A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
