The ideal candidate will partner with and support global finance operations, lead functional design, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver enhancements, resolve issues, and optimize business processes.**Key Responsibilities*** Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Project Management teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.· Support and improve Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules and processes, including:* General Ledger (GL)* Accounts Payable (AP)* Accounts Receivable (AR)* Fixed Assets (FA)* Cash Management (CM)* Project Accounting (PA)* Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of enhancements, patches, and new functionality.* Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate fixes with technical teams.* Develop functional design documents (MD50), test scripts, and user training materials.* Support month-end and year-end close activities.* Ensure compliance with SOX, audit requirements, and internal controls.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integrations and data flows.* Assist in planning and executing upgrades, migrations, and process improvements.* Communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with Business stakeholders Joining **Onto Innovation as an IT Finance Analyst** is a great opportunity to sit at the intersection of technology, finance, and a fast‐growing semiconductor industry leader.
