Your oversight will include employee relations, financial health of the program, ensuring a safe working environment and physical, mental and financial safety of its residents. This person prioritizes the stability and growth of WILA. This position joins a team of other group home managers and reports to administration. Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm, subject to change based on the needs of the organization. While this role is not designated as on-call, occasional contact outside of normal business hours may be necessary. Salary Range: $29.00 to $35.00 per hour. Core Responsibilities Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all employees. Ensure a safe living environment for residents. Oversee financial usage of the program and resident finances. Oversee medication administration of resident’s medication. Oversee staff always scheduling and ensure appropriate ratios. Document all data appropriate utilizing Therap EMR. Ensure all facets of the resident’s lives are organized and maintained, including appointments. Collaborate with Finance, Manager of Personnel and leadership as appropriate. Performs other duties as assigned. Skills and Requirements Bachelor’s degree is preferred; may substitute years of experience. Microsoft Office Experience. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
