We're seeking a polished, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join the Executive Office of a prominent trade association. In this role, you'll provide high-level support to the President/CEO and Executive Vice President, helping ensure the executive team is fully prepared for meetings, events, and Board engagements. - Oversee daily calendars and scheduling for senior executives, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense tracking, and project support
- Compile and organize briefing materials ahead of key meetings and events
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal staff, member organizations, Board members, and outside industry contacts
- Support the coordination of Board of Directors materials and communications
- Collaborate with the Director of the Executive Office on internal communications, organizational events, and ongoing initiatives
- Maintain flexibility to accommodate additional hours as business needs require
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4 to 6 years of relevant executive support experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent research and internet navigation skills
- Exceptional written communication, grammar, and proofreading ability
- Sound judgment and demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Professional, composed demeanor, especially when interacting with senior stakeholders
