Forklift Operator – Mount Holly, NC Location: 4748 Mount Holly Rd, Mount Holly, NC 28120
Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time
Kelly® is seeking a skilled and dependable Forklift Operator for our client site in Mount Holly, NC. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with forklift operation and general warehouse processes, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on safety and accuracy. Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and various material-handling equipment
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility
• Transport products and inventory to designated locations
• Support shipping, receiving, and all facets of warehouse operations
• Verify product and material quantities for accuracy against orders and documentation
• Maintain a clean, well-organized, and safe work area
• Consistently follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies
• Assist with other warehouse duties or special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience required
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Prior warehouse or distribution experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of working safely and efficiently in fast-paced settings
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required by the position
• Strong attention to safety, detail, and accuracy
